We have hired you for a task and I trust you to get it done. Just let me know what you need from me to be successful and I will be there for you.<\/p>\n

Life happens!<\/p>\n

You don’t have to justify why you need a day off.<\/p>\n

You don’t have to explain to me how sick your child is to leave early.<\/p>\n

You don’t have to apologize for having a private life.<\/p>\n
