We have been working with the BUSINESS VERSION of the REISS MOTIVATION PROFILE® since 2003 and coach more than 1000 managers every year.

A life motive analysis is considered to be extremely stable over time, which is why human behavior can be interpreted and predicted on the basis of a Reiss Motivation Profile®.

In a life motive analysis, an individual motive profile is determined on the basis of 16 life motives.

These motives determine our actions and depending on the extent to which we shape our lives according to these basic needs, we are satisfied – or not.

The 16 motives are independent of each other and allow for individualization and a very differentiated view of personality.

Every person therefore has a genetic “fingerprint” – the different life motives are combined in each person in their own way and are more or less pronounced. They therefore shape the individuality of the individual.

There are numerous fields of application and it is also suitable for increasing resilience.
